Angel has broad experience litigating class actions, complex multiparty civil cases, and single-plaintiff cases in a wide range of substantive areas.  She has litigated extensively in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums, and her experience spans all stages of litigation.

Experience

Experience: 
  • Defended large grocery chain in wage-and-hour class action litigation involving waiting-time penalties.
  • Defended large consumer reporting agency against class actions and single-plaintiff claims challenging its credit reporting procedures pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Defended several large hospital against various doctors’ and/or medical group’s contractual claims involving physician agreements and medical director agreements.
