Angela N. Marshall
Profile
Ms. Marshall graduated from the University of Texas, School of Law in 2007. Before attending law school, Angela lived in Barcelona, Spain for two years where she played field hockey for the Real Club de Polo. Living there, she became fluent in Spanish. Angela also enjoyed a short stint representing the country on the United States Field Hockey team.
Experience
Ms. Marshall’s practice focuses primarily on the area of labor and employment law. She has represented employers before a variety of administrative agencies defending against charges of employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation. She has also represented employers before both state and federal courts in all manner of employment litigation such as discrimination and retaliation actions, wage and hour complaints, unfair competition, and claims related to employee compensation, employee leave, employment contracts, and defamation. In addition to litigating on behalf of employers, Angela counsels employers on best employment practices, including drafting and revising employer policies and handbooks.
