Asha A. Santos

Asha Santos’ practice includes the representation of employers concerning a variety of aspects of employment law.  She counsels employers on issues such as discrimination law, personnel policies, wage and hour law, background checks, issues under FMLA and the ADA, and related litigation.  Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Santos was a labor and employment associate at a Boston firm.
