Becki D. Graham
Profile
Becki Graham has devoted her entire career to providing litigation and counseling services to employers. She has represented clients in all areas of employment law, including, but not limited to the Family and Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, and various provisions of the California Labor Code.
Ms. Graham partners with her clients to determine the best way to meet their needs, whether it be assisting in the implementation of necessary employment policies, negotiating early case resolutions, or aggressively and cost-effectively defending her clients against claims brought in state or federal court.
Experience
Ms. Graham has extensive experience litigating cases for private and public employers of all sizes and from all industries. She has represented clients against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, defamation, breach of contract, and other violations of state and federal law. Ms. Graham has also defended clients against alleged violations of wage and hour laws be it misclassification or rest break and meal period issues.
Ms. Graham has additional experience advising employers on wage and hour compliance, employee handbooks, termination and job elimination, family and medical leave, and other forms of state mandated time off work. She represents clients before various administrative agencies such as the California Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
