Bonnie Puckett

Profile

Ms. Puckett represents employers in all types of employment disputes, including wage-hour collective and class actions, lawsuits and administrative proceedings brought under antidiscrimination statutes, and litigation involving restrictive covenants.  Recently, Ms. Puckett has focused on complex electronic discovery under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.  Ms. Puckett also develops handbooks and policies, conducts comprehensive audits of employers’ job classifications and compensation practices, and advises employers on compliance with applicable employment laws.

Ms. Puckett is a member of the International Practice Group.  She assists employers with mobility issues, prepares international assignment agreements and policies, and advises companies on compliance with foreign laws.

Ms. Puckett clerked for the Honorable Beverly B. Martin at the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.  While in law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review.
