Charles F. Billington, III
Profile
Mr. Billington joined Ogletree Deakins’ Cleveland, Ohio, office in March 2011. His practice focuses on representing employers in all areas of labor and employment law, and his experience includes representation of management in employment litigation as well as in traditional labor matters.
Mr. Billington also provides counseling to employers to help them manage the everyday risks that arise in the workplace. To this end, he provides educational seminars and training in all areas of labor and employment law to help employers avoid potentially-costly litigation.
Mr. Billington received his J.D. summa cum laude from Cleveland State University Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he served as a senior editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and a research editor for the Cleveland State Journal of Law and Health. He received his B.S. and A.A.S cum laude from the University of Akron.
