Christian A. Hickersberger

Christian A. Hickersberger is an associate in the Orange County office. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law and has handled a wide variety of matters, including trade secret litigation, sexual harassment, retaliation, age and sexual orientation discrimination, wage and hour actions, and wrongful termination claims. Mr. Hickersberger also has appellate experience in both state and federal court.

Mr. Hickersberger has worked with a diverse group of industries, including medical groups, automobile dealerships, retailers and wholesalers, and interstate transportation companies.

While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Hickersberger was on the Managing Board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and a competitor in the William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition.  Before attending law school, Mr. Hickersberger worked for a consulting group providing solutions to institutions of higher learning.
