Christina M. Mallatt
Profile
Ms. Mallatt represents management in a variety of labor and employment matters, including claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination, as well as claims involving restrictive covenants, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, the Worker Adjustment and Retaining Notification Act, Nevada state laws, and various common law tort claims.
Ms. Mallatt has extensive litigation experience and engages in active litigation on behalf of clients. She also handles investigations of charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, and advises clients with respect to employee handbooks and workplace policies and procedures.
While at the Indiana University School of Law, Ms. Mallatt served on the editorial board of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, and received the Top Brief award in the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.
