Christopher M. Pastore
Profile
Mr. Pastore is an associate in the Las Vegas office. While he represents clients in all aspects of employment law, Mr. Pastore focuses his practice on assisting and advising clients on a variety of labor and employment related issues, including covenants not to compete, unlawful discrimination, wrongful termination, matters involving Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and state and federal wage and hour laws and regulations. He also assists clients with employee handbooks, internal policies, procedures, employment contracts, and training.
Experience
Mr. Pastore has represented clients in the entertainment, gaming and hospitality, restaurant, transportation, retail, healthcare, telecommunication, and financial services industries. Mr. Pastore has handled investigations of charges of discrimination filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Nevada Equal Rights Commission, as well as single-plaintiff and multi-plaintiff employment litigation in state and federal court.
