Conie L. Abernathy has over twenty years' experience in the field of Human Resources management and utilizes that experience in her employment law practice. Prior to joining the firm, Conie served as Senior Manager EEO/AAP for one of the country's largest employers. Conie’s practice focuses on matters of human resource policy, affirmative action and the resolution of human resource management issues.
Experience
Represents national restaurant chain in all matters of employment discrimination at EEOC and State Fair Employment Agencies.
Drafts and maintains Affirmative Action Programs for a national manufacturer of medical supplies, a national environmental consulting firm and a Tennessee bank.
