Dallan F. Flake

Mr. Flake represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including federal and state cases involving Title VII, the FLSA, the ADEA, the ADA, the FMLA, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and claims for unfair competition and misappropriation of trade secrets.  Mr. Flake assists employers in responding to employee complaints filed with state and federal agencies, including the Texas Workforce Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and Department of Labor.  Mr. Flake also advises and counsels clients on management policies, human resources matters, and compliance with federal and state statutes.
