Daniel A. Adlong

Profile

Mr. Adlong is an associate in the firm’s Orange County office.  He handles civil employment matters before state and federal courts and government agencies.  His practice involves representing employers in a wide variety of matters including harassment and discrimination, wrongful discharge, failure to accommodate, retaliation, and wage and hour claims.  Mr. Adlong also has extensive traditional labor experience.

Before joining the Orange County office, Mr. Adlong was the lead trial attorney on multiple unfair labor practice charges.  He also processed a variety of representation petitions from filing through election.  In addition, Mr. Adlong has significant experience conducting investigations into work place discrimination.  Mr. Adlong is also fluent in Spanish and has performed full trial preparation and investigations in both English and Spanish.

While in law school, Mr. Adlong was a member of the Law Review, a managing editor for BYU Journal of Public Law, and picked to represent the traveling moot court.
