Daniel L. Boyer

Profile

Daniel Boyer, an associate, represents employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation.  He is experienced in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, and pretrial preparation.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Daniel was an associate with a large regional law firm headquartered in Portland, Oregon.  Before becoming an attorney, Daniel worked as a financial and treasury analyst at a public high tech company. 

Experience

Experience: 

Daniel has experience with complex commercial and casualty litigation in state and federal courts.  He has represented clients in general business litigation involving shareholder disputes, tort claims, and securities claims.  He also represented clients regarding products liability.
