Daniel O. Canales is an attorney in the Chicago office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C., where he represents management in a variety of labor, employment, tort, and contract related matters.
Experience
Since joining Ogletree Deakins in 2008, Mr. Canales has represented clients in a variety of labor, employment, tort, and contract related matters in state and federal courts and agencies throughout the United States.
While attending law school, Mr. Canales clerked for the Honorable Randye A. Kogan in the Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County, as well as for the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board.
Before law school, Mr. Canales was a Senior Consultant in the Human Capital practice of Deloitte. As a consultant, he advised and negotiated on behalf of Fortune 500 and public sector clients on health and welfare benefit plans.
