Daniel R. Begian
Dan is a shareholder in the firm's St. Louis office. With more than 30 years of labor relations' experience, Dan has faced virtually every issue pertaining to traditional labor and employment law. Today, he brings his impressive insight and depth of experience to management clients seeking expert guidance in Labor Relations, Municipal Labor Law, Workplace Safety and Health, and other aspects of employment law.
Dan began his career as a field attorney with the National Labor Relations Board's Region 14 serving St. Louis, where he gained valuable experience litigating for the government in both Representation and Unfair Labor Practice cases. In the three decades since, Dan has built an impressive resume of work in contingent workforce issues, arbitration, bargaining, NLRB proceedings, and election campaigns.
