Represent clients in private and judicial arbitrations, before state and federal administrative bodies. Handle litigation addressing state and federal discrimination laws, wage and hour laws, contract laws, and non-competition agreements. Handle both individual and multi-plaintiff cases, as well as class actions.
Advise clients on best practices for avoiding litigation, including drafting legally compliant handbooks and policies and providing training on such policies.

- Represented clients in state and federal courts in Arizona, Oregon, California and New Mexico, in all aspects of litigation, from pretrial motions, bench and jury trials, and briefing and oral argument before Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
- Represented clients in numerous mediations, arbitrations and judicial settlement conferences
- Prevailed in obtaining rehearing en banc at Ninth Circuit and obtaining reversal in favor of client by en banc panel
- Served as panelist assistant to NAFTA Chapter 20 dispute resolution panelist, which included drafting majority opinion
