Evan J. Shenkman
Profile
Evan J. Shenkman defends employers in state and federal courts and agencies against allegations of race, age, sex, and disability discrimination and harassment, as well as defamation, negligence, and various other common law claims. He also provides traditional labor advice, and represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board and in labor arbitrations.
