F. David Harlow
Profile
David Harlow is an associate in the firm’s Tucson, Arizona office. He graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2008. While in law school, David was a member of the Moot Court Board and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Frank R. Zapata of United States District Court for the District of Arizona. David joined the firm in 2009, following a clerkship with the Honorable Patricia K. Norris of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Experience
David represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. He has experience defending lawsuits in state and federal courts involving claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Arizona Civil Rights Act, claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act ("ERISA"), and employment related contract disputes and torts. In addition, David has experience representing employers before a variety of administrative agencies, including the EEOC, the Arizona Civil Rights Division, the New Mexico Human Rights Bureau and OSHA.
