Frank D. Davis

Profile

Mr. Davis, a shareholder in the firm, is Board Certified as a labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  He represents management exclusively in the area of labor and employment law throughout the United States.  His extensive experience includes handling representation proceedings before the National labor Relations Board, collective bargaining, union campaigns, and all aspects of compliance with employment, discrimination, wage and hour, and workplace safety laws.  In addition to counseling clients on a broad range of labor and employment issues, Mr. Davis’ litigation practice also includes frequent contract litigation.  He has litigated contracts for major corporations and individual associations throughout the Southwest.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Davis held management positions in both the public and private sectors. He is also a published author who has spoken at numerous workshops, seminars, and conferences on a variety of subjects.
