Bio:
Mr. Wyche has extensive legal experience advising employers on employment matters, litigation, claims of discrimination, and union campaigns. His experience includes negotiating contracts for employers and arbitrating disputes under both collective bargaining agreements and employment and severance agreements. He has advised employers in different industry groups, such as manufacturing, healthcare, financial, automotive, telecommunication, software and transportation. His experience provides a background and understanding on business issues for advice to employers in risk analysis, strategic planning and litigation avoidance.
A member of the International Committee of the Section on Labor and Employment of the ABA, his experience includes advising companies from Britain, Canada, France, Germany, Sweden, Japan and elsewhere, on doing business in and compliance with the laws of the United States and the acquisition of companies in the United States. He has assisted domestic companies with their needs in the international arena, including issues dealing with immigration, union relations and business ethics. He has met with the Department of Commerce in the United States Embassy abroad regarding employment issues of companies.
Elected to the prestigious College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, he is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America, South Carolina Super Lawyers, Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in Emerging Leaders. Mr. Wyche graduated from Vanderbilt University, where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Business Administration. He was Co-Editor of Labor and Employment Law for South Carolina Lawyers, published in 1999 and 2007 by the South Carolina Bar Association. |
