Mr. Capozzola's practice focuses on the representation of employers in all areas of employment, including race, age, gender and national origin discrimination and harassment, ERISA claims, breach of contract, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Mr. Capozzola has experience helping employers to enforce non-solicitation agreements, and he has represented employers on many occasions before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement in defense of wage and hour matters. Mr. Capozzola also has appellate experience, and he has had success both with writs of mandamus in the California Appellate Courts and with obtaining review in the California Supreme Court.
