Bio:
Stacy M. Bunck is Of Counsel in the firm’s Kansas City office, with extensive experience in employment-related disputes in various forums. She has experience defending allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge, prosecuting and defending non-compete agreements, and defending FLSA collective actions.
In addition to employment litigation, Ms. Bunck provides legal advice regarding various employment-related laws and regulations, litigation avoidance, and employment best practices, and conducts a wide range of workplace investigations.
A native of Wichita, Kansas, Ms. Bunck worked in the employment section of a major general practice firm in Kansas City prior to joining Ogletree Deakins in October 2006. She was President of the Employment Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association in 2005-2006. Ms. Bunck has twice been recognized as a Rising Star by the Super Lawyers publication. |
