Bio:
Ms. Nelson’s practice focuses on assisting and counseling clients with a variety of labor and employment litigation matters, with particular concentration on defending employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge law suits.
Ms. Nelson received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Charleston School of Law in 2008. While in law school, Ms. Nelson served as an Articles Editor for the Federal Courts Law Review, received the CALI award for excellent achievement in Employment Discrimination Law, and performed over 60 hours of pro bono legal service as a Guardian ad Litem. Prior to law school, Ms. Nelson graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University. |
