Bio:
Ms. Depret-Bixio assists U.S. and foreign companies in obtaining and maintaining employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for key employees and assists clients with I-9 compliance issues. Her experience includes obtaining nonimmigrant “work visas” in the B, E, J, H, K, L, O, R, and TN categories and permanent immigrant visas (commonly referred to as “green cards”) based on extraordinary ability, multinational executive and manager, and labor certification (traditional reduction in recruitment, PERM) strategies. She also assists companies with I-9 compliance issues including internal audits, government investigations, mismatched social security numbers, and compliance programs. Ms. Depret-Bixio is fluent in French.
