Jeffrey P. Dunlaevy

Profile

Mr. Dunlaevy represents management clients in litigation before state and federal agencies and courts. In addition, he provides counsel and assistance to clients on a variety of employment and labor law matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dunlaevy served as law clerk to the Honorable James C. Williams, Jr., South Carolina Circuit Court Judge for the First Judicial Circuit.

Mr. Dunlaevy assists management clients in the following areas:

  • Discrimination charges under Title VII, the ADA, the ADEA, and state law
  • Legal review of employment contracts, trade secrets and non-compete agreements, and handbooks
  • Litigation arising out of the employment relationship
