Jessica T. Patrick

Profile

Mrs. Patrick joined the Nashville, Tennessee, office of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart in March 2011.  Prior to joining the firm Mrs. Patrick was an associate with Bradley Arant Boult Cummings, LLP, where in addition to labor and employment, her practice included general commercial, healthcare, construction, and pharmaceutical products liability litigation.  Mrs. Patrick now focuses her practice primarily in the areas of labor and employment litigation, representing employers before administrative agencies and federal and state courts. 

Mrs. Patrick graduated from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law, and received her B.A. cum laude, from the University of Alabama, where she double-majored in Telecommunications & Film, and Political Science.

Experience

Experience: 

Mrs. Patrick defends employers in a wide range of industries against allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge.  Her experience includes assisting in the defense of charges and lawsuits brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Tennessee Human Rights Act (THRA), the Tennessee Public Protection Act (TPPA) and other state and federal laws.
