Jocelyn C. Campanaro
Profile
Ms. Campanaro is a member of the immigration practice group at Ogletree Deakins. Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, she worked as an immigration attorney in the Denver headquarters of largest firm in the Rocky Mountain region and as an associate in the Washington D.C. and Denver offices of a national law firm. Ms. Campanaro also clerked for the Honorable Deborah K. Chasanow of the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland.
Ms. Campanaro’s practice focuses on a wide range of immigration related issues. She represents a broad variety of companies and individuals with all types of business-related nonimmigrant petitions (especially H, L, E, O, P and TN petitions), applications for labor certification, employment-based immigrant petitions (1st, 2nd and 3rd preference categories), and applications for adjustment of status and consular processing.
Ms. Campanaro also specializes in providing immigration representation and counsel to various professional sports teams and athletes, including players in the National Hockey League, a leading team in the Central Hockey League, World Champion cutting horse riders and a wide range of competitors in the equine industry. She also has a wide range of experience with seasonal worker visas, family-based immigrant petitions and naturalization applications.

She has regularly assisted these athletic clients and their families in obtaining visa status and green cards.
Ms. Campanaro also has a wide range of experience in assisting seasonally based companies throughout country in obtaining seasonal worker visas, for both agricultural and non agricultural purposes.
