Justin Scott is an employment litigator, representing employers in a variety of matters, including the defense of actions brought under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act, as well as related state law claims. Justin regularly defends employers in putative collective actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act and state law wage-and-hour class claims.
