Kristy L. Gunn
Profile
Ms. Gunn represents management in employment litigation related matters on federal, state, and local levels before courts and administrative agencies concerning claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, restrictive covenants, wage and hour violations, and other aspects of the employee-employer relationship. She also works closely with employers to ensure compliance with federal and state laws governing the employment relationship.
Ms. Gunn received her J.D. from the University of Memphis’ Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law where she was a Cecil C. Humphreys Fellow and won awards for academic excellence in trial advocacy, communications law, and legal writing. After graduating from law school, Ms. Gunn served as a law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge S. Thomas Anderson in the United States District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.
