Profile

Krystal N. LoPilato represents employers at all stages of litigation in state and federal court.  Ms. LoPilato also represents employers in pre-litigation matters and before state and federal administrative agencies.  She has experience defending employers against all employment-related claims, including claims brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family Medical Leave Act, California Family Rights Act, and California wage and hour laws.

Experience

Experience: 

Ms. LoPilato has experience litigating claims of gender, age, race, and disability discrimination, as well as failure to accommodate, sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination claims.  She has successfully resolved matters through dispositive motions, direct negotiations, and mediation.  Ms. LoPilato also has experience advising clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws, including wage and hour regulations.  She has represented employers in a variety of industries, including construction, health care, security operations, and higher education.
