Ms. Dreishmire is a Shareholder in the Chicago, Illinois* and Dallas, Texas offices of the national labor and employment law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. She represents employers in a variety of labor and employment law matters, including policy and contract drafting, counseling, investigations, administrative charges, lawsuits and appeals. Ms. Dreishmire specializes in the drafting and enforcement of employment agreements and non-competition and confidentiality agreements and spends the bulk of her time defending clients against claims of alleged employment discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, employment-related torts and other claims. She also advises employers on a wide spectrum of employment-related issues, including hiring, discipline and discharge, avoiding discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims, investigating harassment and employee misconduct allegations and resolving workplace issues involving AIDS, drug testing, polygraph testing, privacy and other matters. Ms. Dreishmire also has extensive speaking and training experience concerning liability avoidance through appropriate employment practices.

A number of high profile companies have entrusted Ms. Dreishmire with their labor and employment matters, including American Airlines Federal Credit Union, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Frito-Lay, Home Depot, PepsiCo, Schwerman Trucking and Target Stores. Ms. Dreishmire has successfully defended large, medium and small-sized clients against employment discrimination charges and lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions, including Arizona, Arkansas, Illinois, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.
