M. Curtiss McKee

Mr. McKee is Of Counsel to the firm; having devoted the last 35 of a 48 year defense practice exclusively to all facets of labor and employment matters on behalf of management of both private and public employers. The earlier 13 years were spent in litigation of general civil defense causes; primarily on behalf of railroad, electric power and cable television utilities.

Mr. McKee’s primary activity has been in litigation of labor and employment defense causes with the major amount of this having occurred in the courts of the United States. A significant component of this litigation experience was on behalf of Mississippi’s largest employer; a state owned medical teaching facility and its various schools and facilities. Other clients included business entities such as banking institutions, manufacturing facilities and hospitals.
