Manish K. Jain
Profile
Manish Jain is an associate in the Minneapolis office, where he represents and counsels employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters, including compliance with state and federal law, wage and hour matters, and defending against allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and defamation.
Manish graduated from the University of California at Berkeley in 2004, with a degree in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business. Prior to law school, Manish worked as an auditor at KPMG until leaving to join Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa’s administration as a policy analyst in education.
Manish received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. In law school, Manish served as a member of the Moot Court Board and competed in the Saul Lefkowitz Intellectual Property Moot Court Competition. He also served as the Managing Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal. Additionally, he took on leadership roles in his community including serving as the President of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association/South Asian Law Student Association.
