Micah D. Fargey

Profile

Micah represents clients in some of the most complex employment and commercial litigation matters that businesses face.  Micah is accomplished representing his clients in a broad range of disputes on behalf of business operations ranging from those of large international financial institutions and multinational corporations to small local startups and individual entrepreneurs.

He draws upon a wealth of experience involving class actions, unusual wage and hour issues, harassment and retaliation claims, trade secret violations, and a host of other matters.

Micah began his career at Dewey Ballantine LLP (later Dewey & LeBeouf) in Los Angeles as part of its distinguished complex commercial litigation practice.

Before law school, Micah worked for the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) for the United States Department of State, where he gained experience investigating a broad range of criminal, administrative, and civil allegations relating to the State Department’s worldwide network and duties.  He takes great satisfaction from his work investigating alleged government failures identified in the immediate aftermath of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

Micah received his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, where he graduated with honors.

He is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in California and Oregon.
