Michelle H. Ganz

Profile

Ms. Ganz represents private and public employers in all aspects of employment law, including federal and state laws on employment discrimination, retaliation, whistleblowing, leave, wage and hour, contracts, restrictive covenants, and various torts.  Ms. Ganz litigates in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration.  Ms. Ganz’ experience also includes defending employers in administrative proceedings and hearings.

Ms. Ganz helps employers to avoid litigation by providing issue-specific advice, and by helping them develop effective employment practices and policies.  Ms. Ganz drafts employee handbooks, internal policies, employment and separation agreements, and conducts internal investigations.  Ms. Ganz frequently provides in-house training to management and non-management employees.   Ms. Ganz also has represented employers and other clients who are undergoing government and governing-board investigations.
