Sarah Murphy is an associate with the firm’s New Orleans office. Ms. Murphy practices primarily in the area of employment litigation and represents employers in claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended in 1991, the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, as well as other federal and state employment laws.
Ms. Murphy received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law, cum laude, from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center, Louisiana State University, in 2008. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Murphy received her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University.
