Ms. Kuehnel provides labor and employment counseling and litigation defense to employers in both single plaintiff lawsuits and class and collective actions. She joined Ogletree Deakins upon graduating with honors from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2009.

Ms. Kuehnel represents clients both large and small, from small companies with a few employees to large national and international businesses.  Ms. Kuehnel provides employers counseling and litigation defense in all aspects of employment law, including harassment, sex discrimination, race discrimination, disability discrimination and retaliation.
