Stacy M. Bunck

Stacy M. Bunck is Of Counsel in the firm’s Kansas City Office, with extensive experience in employment-related disputes in various forums.  She has experience defending allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful discharge, prosecuting and defending non-compete agreements, and defending FLSA collective actions.

In addition to employment litigation, Ms. Bunck provides legal advice regarding various employment-related laws and regulations, litigation avoidance, and employment best practices, and conducts a wide range of workplace investigations and internal wage and hour audits.

A native of Kansas, Ms. Bunck worked in the employment section of a major general practice firm in Kansas City prior to joining Ogletree Deakins.
