Thomas D. Arn

Profile


Mr. Arn represents management in a wide variety of employment litigation matters, including enforcement and defense of post-employment restrictive covenants, trade secret litigation, federal and state discrimination claims, benefits claims,  federal and state wage disputes, and ERISA claims.  He has extensive experience representing employers before federal and state courts and administrative tribunals. Mr. Arn also counsels employers with regard to litigation avoidance and affirmative action compliance and audits.  He is a frequent author and speaker on employment and litigation topics, including Arizona’s Employment Protection Act, the Federal Labor Standards Act, and  restrictive covenant and trade secret enforcement and defense. 

Mr. Arn serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Affirmative Action Association and is the Chairman of the Employment Practices Committee of the Arizona branch of the Associated General Contractors.  He is a contributing editor to the Employment Discrimination Law treatise published by the American Bar Association and a member of the Arizona State Bar Labor and Employment Section's Continuing Legal Education Committee.
