- Union avoidance and Union organizing campaigns
- Unfair labor practice proceedings and strikes
- Collective bargaining negotiations and arbitrations
- Employment discrimination, harassment and retaliation issues
- Employment contracts, including non-compete agreements
- Wage/Hour investigations, court actions, compliance and internal audits
