The immigration practice group employs over 35 immigration attorneys and over 50 paraprofessionals. Our Atlanta office has an opportunity for two experienced immigration paralegals to join the firm’s expanding practice.

Duties will include preparation and filing of petitions, H-1B, L-1 and TN visa applications and labor certification applications. Our outstanding paralegals also compile and analyze case facts, draft correspondence, maintain and organize client documentation and have direct contact with multiple attorneys.
Qualified candidates must have PERM knowledge and extensive employment based immigration paralegal experience, preferably in a large law firm environment, as well as strong proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, INS Zoom and a document management system. Successful candidates will possess strong writing skills, have excellent attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work independently toward team goals. Outstanding case management and organizational skills are also required.
