This session will:

  • Provide a general overview of the types of Employee Dispute Resolution Programs used by employers

  • Discuss the impact of Employee Dispute Resolution Programs on employer/employee disputes, employee morale, productivity, and other benchmarks

  • Discuss general issues surrounding the implementation and administration of Employee Dispute Resolution Programs

  • Discuss legal issues regarding the roll out of Employee Dispute Resolution Programs

  • Review the impact of Employee Dispute Resolution Programs on EEOC claims and enforcement actions
