BOSTON, MA -- Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the nation’s largest labor and employment law firms, welcomes Diane Saunders and Michael Clarkson as shareholders to the firm’s Boston office. Both Saunders and Clarkson join Ogletree Deakins from Morgan, Brown & Joy, LLP. The Boston office opened in January 2009. Saunders and Clarkson bring the total number of lawyers in the Boston office to 12.

“Diane and Michael continue the growth of our office. They are well-regarded in the community and their excellence as lawyers augments our office. Employers throughout the region will be well-protected by these very able lawyers,” said Josh Davis, managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins’ Boston office.

In her practice, Saunders advises employers on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, accommodation, leave issues, privacy issues, wage and hour issues, and compliance with federal and state statues and regulations affecting the employment relationship.
