Led by managing shareholder Paul Lancaster Adams, who joined the firm in January of last year, the office has recently welcomed Min Suh, Zach Glaser, and Robert Seiger as shareholders.
A veteran employment litigator, Nemiroff has extensive experience in cases including employment discrimination, restrictive covenants, technology issues, social media, wage and hour law, and trade secrets. He regularly represents clients before federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other state and federal administrative agencies. In addition to his litigation work, Nemiroff counsels clients about compliance with all facets of labor and employment law, including workplace training, hiring and termination issues, wage payment issues, and compliance with state and federal leave laws.
“Alex is a seasoned employment litigator with an exceptional reputation for obtaining significant judgments in favor of his clients,” said Paul Lancaster Adams, managing shareholder of the Philadelphia office of Ogletree Deakins. “This market recently has seen a considerable increase in employment litigation and clients will know they have a proven and effective asset representing them.”
An experienced speaker, Nemiroff has lectured on an assortment of employment matters for organizations including the Association of Corporate Counsel, New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, and the Philadelphia and Suburban Healthcare Human Resources Association. He has also authored several published articles on labor, employment, and workplace technology issues.
