ATLANTA – September 24, 2015 – Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. (Ogletree Deakins), one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, is pleased to announce that the firm received the most “mentions” of any law firm in the 2015 edition of Corporate Counsel magazine’s “Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies” survey. Ogletree Deakins also received the most “mentions” of any firm in the Labor and Employment Law category. This is the third consecutive year that Ogletree Deakins has received the most overall “mentions” in Corporate Counsel’s annual survey.

“Premier client service is a firm tradition and remains our top priority,” said Kim Ebert, managing shareholder of Ogletree Deakins. “The Corporate Counsel survey helps demonstrate our commitment in this area by reflecting the many excellent clients we are honored to represent.”

To determine the results of the survey, Corporate Counsel’s editorial group searched Lexis CounselLink and other public records to find outside counsel used for seven key litigation areas, including Contracts Litigation, Labor Litigation, Torts Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Labor/Employment Law.
