Clark Whitney represents employers in a broad spectrum of employment-related matters including matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, as well as many other federal and state employment discrimination laws. Ms. Whitney handles administrative claims before the EEOC and state fair employment practice agencies. She also focuses on matters relating to wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and employee defection and recruitment.
Experience
Ms. Whitney received her law degree from The Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law where she was on the Editorial Board of the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Ms. Whitney was an associate with a national employment law firm in Philadelphia and an associate in the construction litigation group of a large firm in Philadelphia where she concentrated her practice in litigation and contract matters related to the design and construction of commercial and industrial facilities.
