Mr. Lehn concentrates his practice in the areas of employment law, business litigation, and other complex litigation. He represents employers in federal and state litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, contractual disputes and non-compete covenants. He also advises clients on a variety of employment and labor law matters.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Mr. Lehn represented hospitals and physicians in medical malpractice litigation, including numerous wrongful death actions, gaining both trial and appellate experience. He also advised hospitals and other healthcare providers on regulatory compliance issues, including peer review and HIPAA.
Mr. Lehn is a native of Clinton, South Carolina. He graduated with honors from Furman University in 1998, where he majored in Business Administration. Before attending law school, Mr. Lehn earned two graduate degrees in theology from Reformed Theological Seminary and Yale University Divinity School. In 2007, he graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
