Mr. Schenberg specializes in defending business clients against class actions, collective actions, and other multi-party claims. Such actions have included lawsuits based on discrimination, wage and hour, and employee benefits laws brought against well-known national and international companies. Mr. Schenberg has defended corporations engaged in such industries as manufacturing, telecommunications, retailing, and insurance.
Mr. Schenberg also has extensive experience handling a variety of appellate matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
In addition to complex litigation and appellate law, Mr. Schenberg regularly advises and defends clients in all areas of employment law, including race, age, gender, and disability discrimination, sexual and other harassment, workers’ compensation retaliation, wage and hour, employee leave, background checks, contracts, handbooks, and restrictive covenants.
Prior to joining Ogletree, Mr. Schenberg was a partner at a large firm based in St. Louis and Kansas City.
