Donald Choi practices labor and employment litigation and class action defense in the firm’s Orange County office. Donald practices in all areas of labor and employment litigation, including claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations in addition to employment-related issues involving contract and personal injury. In addition to litigation, Mr. Choi also advises and counsels employers regarding compliance with federal and state laws, and administrative regulations.
Donald also has significant experience representing employers before federal and state agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and defending employers before the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board with respect to California Labor Code section 132(a) and Serious and Willful claims.
While in law school, Donald served as the Comments Editor for the Computer and High Technology Law Journal, competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity.
