Jennifer Katz represents and advises employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage-and-hour, compliance with state and federal regulations, discrimination, and harassment. In addition to labor and employment matters, Jennifer has litigated complex commercial disputes, as well as bankruptcy, intellectual property, and real estate matters in both state and federal court.
Jennifer received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2008. As a student at UCLA, Jennifer served as a Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review, and was a staff member of the Journal of Law and Technology. Jennifer also served as a research assistant for UCLA School of Law Associate Deans Devon Carbado and Jennifer Mnookin. Prior to law school, Jennifer attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in the Biological Basis of Behavior and receiving honors for her senior thesis, the results of which were published in the Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience.
